With the “Blue’s Clues” aka “Blue Fury” SB Dunk Low, we have already showed images of one of the upcoming inline SB Dunks for April. Here is the second colorway of those SB Dunks that were all supposed to hit the market on April 1st, but due to the Corona Virus were postponed indefinitely.
The Nike Dunk Low Pro SB “Muslin” is made of a leather upper with some overlays made of smooth suede. Both materials come tone in tone in a light beige, which is the namesake muslin. In contrast to the light upper, the Swoosh is black and also made of leather. Some hits of black are also found on the tongue, where the Nike SB logo and the “Dunk Low Pro” lettering are held in black. On the heel tab, a big NIKE branding can be seen. The heel tab itself looks like it’s dipped in gold but probably was intended to be muslin, too. With wine red on the lining and the tooling, another color comes into play. Where the inspiration for this SB Dunk is drawn from is not yet communicated. Some people say it comes from the Hennessy Cognac bottle, some say the so called muslin fabric, which is often held in this beige, was the afflatus for the colorway. We probably get to know more about it when the situation has eased out a little more. Yes people, we are focusing hard times these days and besides all the sad things happening worldwide, we try to bring a little distraction into our everyday life by dealing with topics like this one. Of course, we know that sneakers are of no importance compared to health, but these little distractions are keeping us mentally healthy.
As mentioned above, the release for the here shown Dunk Low, as well as for the “Blue’s Clues” aka “Blue Fury” pair and even a third SB Dunk Low that we will show soon, was originally scheduled for April 1st, 2020. Unfortunately we haven’t a definite date for their release but we are pretty sure that it will be anytime soon. Since the shoe belongs to the Nike SB inline range, we asume that most Nike SB accounts will get this product. Amongst others, we know that ZUPPORT started a raffle for the chance to buy the shoe as soon as it arrives. Wind in Saarbrücken will sell the shoe instore only and Blowout has also ordered the „Muslin“. So stay strong and stay home to stay safe everyone, but keep supporting your local skateshops.
